For over a decade, FLCRC has been driven by a heartfelt commitment to building stronger families and thriving communities in Fort Bend County and the Greater Houston region. At the core of our work lies an unwavering intention to empower our youth through innovative programming like our Youth Ambassador Leadership Education (Y.A.L.E.) initiative, which nurtures leadership skills in students in fifth grade through college, equipping them to become positive changemakers. Equally vital is our dedication to supporting victims of crime through our Growth Rewarding Insight Tools (GRIT) program, providing compassionate case management, counseling, and advocacy to help individuals and families heal and rebuild with dignity and resilience.
