The Family Life and Community Resource Center’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan translates seven organizational priorities into a five-year framework for sustainable growth, measurable community impact, and long-term organizational resilience. The plan builds upon our established programs and services in crime-victim support, family empowerment, youth leadership, workforce readiness, community engagement, and organizational initiatives focused on strengthening and improving FLCRC’s facility and infrastructure.
FLCRC successfully achieved all eight goals established in our 2020–2024 Strategic Plan. Those goals created the organizational infrastructure, community relationships, program portfolio, facility capacity, and communications foundation that make the 2025–2030 priorities possible. The 2025–2030 plan therefore represents a progression from organizational expansion and capacity building to sustainability, preservation, deeper community impact, workforce development, membership growth, and measurable long-term outcomes.
