Each year as part of National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month, FLCRC hosts this community conference to raise awareness and increase understanding on how to prevent bullying. This event informs and empowers students, parents, educators to unite and mobilize in support of this important issue. The conference includes engaging breakout sessions utilizing PACER’s You’re Not Alone curriculum. We encourage all participants to wear ORANGE in support of Unity Day!

Dr. Earls has spent her career helping students, counselors, and schools build safe and supportive environments. She is a counselor educator, psychotherapist and counselor advocate bringing both practical expertise and academic insight into how we address issues like bullying, trauma, and equity in education. She is also a licensed professional counselor supervisor and a registered play therapist supervisor, with nearly thirty years of experience in education. She is dedicated to advancing prevention, resilience, and advocacy efforts to ensure all students experience safety, support, and a sense of belonging.
