A native of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, Abby Santiago is a graphic designer with 16 years of experience in her field. She graduated in 2006 from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a B.F.A. in Communication Design. From 2006-2019, she worked as an in-house graphic designer and art director for the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia. In 2020, she launched a new career as a freelance graphic designer and art director. Ms. Santiago currently supports FLCRC with various graphic design and technology needs. She is thrilled to be a part of the important work FLCRC is doing in the lives of families and individuals.

Kenae Thibodeaux has worked in the field of education for 10 years with students of special populations. She has served general ed students as well. She has held various positions, including Lead Teacher, School Interventionist, Program Coordinator and Instructional Specialist in areas of science. Ms. Thibodeaux’s educational desire is to provide her love of STEAM education to all students by engaging them in multi-sensory play that is appealing to learners of all ages.

Dr. Janice Little is a visionary educator and social worker with over 30 years of experience serving children and families in school settings. Recognized with multiple state awards, she is the founder of Kids’ Money Klub and Kids’ Money Mart and has created innovative programs like Hi-Profile Virtual Mentoring and Fast Money Pitch. A published author of five books, Dr. Little mentor’s students, consults on dissertations, and leads several businesses including The Graduate’s Gift, LLC. She actively engages in community organizations and has presented at numerous conferences. An alumna of Grambling State, Florida State, and University of Phoenix, she has also completed leadership programs at Harvard and other institutions.

Dr. Sunday Price-Johnson is an experienced secondary school administrator with a well-established career spanning over two decades in educational leadership. She has served in multiple leadership roles across Fort Bend ISD and Alief ISD, where she has guided instructional improvement, developed teachers, and strengthened school culture.

Her expertise includes curriculum development, professional learning, data-driven decision making, and building strong community and business partnerships. Dr. Price-Johnson is passionate about creating equitable, student-centered learning environments and fostering collaboration among educators to promote academic growth.

She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a B.S. in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana.

Jo Trahan is an Administrative Associate with over 30 years of experience and serves as a part-time Administrative Assistant for FLCRC and has been assisting Dr. Harper for the past six years. Ms. Trahan received an Associates of Arts degree from Wharton County Junior College in General Studies in 2015. She was determined to complete her studies after many years of starting and stopping. She enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. In her free time, she enjoys quiet time, watching movies and relaxing with her computer nearby.

LaTarsha Brown is a proud mother of three children and a lovely wife. She is currently employed in the medical health profession as a Phlebotomist and CNA. Ms. Brown has diligently served as a volunteer with FLCRC for many years. She brings to the organization her wisdom, a caring heart, and the willingness to give to others while supporting the youth. During her spare time, she enjoys family activities, shopping, watching television, helping people and her Tuesday night bible studies with her family. Ms. Brown will serve as FLCRC Program Assistant.
