FLCRC hosted a Hat and Tea Soirée on Saturday, April 22nd. 100 attendees enjoyed an elegant afternoon that included a hat and fascinator contest,delicious refreshments and an inspiring message, “Women on the Horizon,” by educator Shilonda Shamlin. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Youth Ambassador Leadership Program (Y.A.L.E.) trip to the Dominican Republic this summer.
