Damion holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is currently in seminary seeking a Master of Divinity degree. His professional success is complemented by his unwavering dedication to his faith and community. As a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Damion exemplifies leadership and service. He also serves as the Director of Elders and Executive Pastor at New Destiny Praise & Worship Center in Houston, TX. His role as a minister of faith has led him to participate in various speaking engagements, where he shares his deep spiritual insights and passion for serving others.

Damion's commitment to service extends beyond his local community. He has participated and lead international mission trips, focusing on teaching children about Jesus Christ.
